About Us
Stenrud Greenhouse was started by Lynn and Phil Bednarek, and we have been selling at the Dane County Farmer's Market for over 20 years.
We are a family-owned business, and pride ourselves on our large selection of plants, produce, and dried arrangements. Everything is grown at our farm in keeping with the spirit of the Farmer's Market.
The website started in October 2003, designed and authored by co-owner Nellie Bednarek (eleanore.bednarek@gmail.com). The site has undergone several incarnations; www.stenrudgreenhouse.com was purchased in October 2006 and the site was moved from the previous host, Yahoo!'s GeoCities.
